  1. Faulty or Incorrect Items
    If your item is faulty or does not match the description, we will gladly offer a full refund, including the cost of postage, or a replacement, upon return of the item in its original condition.

  2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
    Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

    • Incorrect part purchased
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect installation

    We strongly advise you to carefully review the product description, verify part numbers, and contact us if you are uncertain. All installations must be carried out by a qualified mechanic.

  3. Exchanges and Partial Refunds for Incorrect Purchases
    If you purchase the wrong part for your vehicle, we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange for the correct part or a partial refund. The item must be returned in an unused condition for this to be considered.

  4. Labor Costs
    We do not cover any labor costs associated with the fitting, removal, or reinstallation of the part, whether original or resupplied.

  5. Fitment Guidelines
