Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or does not match the description, we will gladly offer a full refund, including the cost of postage, or a replacement, upon return of the item in its original condition.
Incorrect Part Purchased / Change of Mind
If a part is purchased in error or you change your mind, a return may be accepted at our discretion, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unfitted, and returned in all original packaging, in resalable condition.
A 40% restocking fee will apply to cover handling and processing costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend carefully reviewing the product description and verifying part numbers before purchase.
Exchanges
If you have purchased the incorrect part, we may be able to offer an exchange for the correct item, subject to availability and the conditions above. The restocking fee may still apply.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Incorrect installation
Parts that have been fitted, used, damaged, or are not returned in original packaging
Items returned incomplete or not in resalable condition
All parts should be installed by a qualified mechanic to ensure correct fitment and operation.
Labour Costs
We do not cover any labour costs associated with the fitting, removal, diagnosis, or reinstallation of any part, whether original or replacement.
