Overview: This is the bezel which sits behind the door handle lever it's a very common part to find cracked the crack generally progresses and ends up breaking the bezel in half or a number of pieces, given the location it's usually one of the first parts you/a passenger notices when you exit the vehicle, tidy up your interior with one or a pair (see other listing for LH side) of these genuine bezels.
Suitability: Will suit all year models of SW20.
Fitment: These door bezels are retained by 1 x phillips head screw and two nodules at the top and bottom of the bezel itself,
1) Unscrew the phillips head screw
2) Use a flat head screw driver (or trim removing tool) wrapped in electrical or masking tape to avoid damaging your door card and start by levering downwards at the top of your existing door bezel whist applying some outwards pressure once the top nodule is out of its retainer repeat for the bottom nodule you may find it is easier to lever each a little at a time unit the bezel pops out
3) Pull the door handle forward and slide the new bezel into place seating the nodules in their retaining holes, re-fit and tighten the retaining screw DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN the screw! this is generally what causes them to crack.
